-Front squat: Work up to a Max à Record on board!!!

-Back squats: Work up to a Max à Record on board!!!
[*Cues: Keep weight on the heels, knees out and moving over toes]
-15 TTB (in as few sets as possible)
-15 Chin-to-bars (in as few sets as possible)

-10 ball slams
-15 wall balls
